Owner / Clinical Director

Meet Bianca, the Clinical Director of Brite ABA Therapy. With a Masters Degree in Psychology and over 9 years of experience in the field of ABA, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client interaction. Having worked with learners of different ages and varying needs, Bianca has a passion for understanding the unique needs of her clients and utilizing the principles of ABA to help them achieve their goals.

Bianca’s commitment to providing compassionate care is evident in her approach to every client interaction. She believes that a strong relationship between the therapist and the client is essential for success and works to build trust and rapport with every learner and their family.

As a zealous advocate for evidence-based practices, Bianca is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field. She works tirelessly to ensure that every client receives personalized and effective care that is tailored to their individual needs.

She is also dedicated to creating a positive work environment for her staff, believing that a supportive and nurturing workplace is essential for delivering the best possible care to clients.

In addition to her work as Clinical Director, Bianca enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, which she believes helps her to recharge and bring fresh perspectives to her work.

Tiffany Owen-McAnulty, M.A, BCBA, LBA

Staff Behavior Analyst

A native of Lake Charles, LA, Tiffany began her journey in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) while at McNeese State University, where she graduated from in 2016. Tiffany has been practicing in the field of ABA since 2014 and has been a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) for over five years. Over the years, she has worked with children and adults of various ages with autism and other developmental disabilities in clinics, schools, homes, and other community settings, providing her with a diverse background.

At the start of her career, Tiffany moved to Tulsa, OK where she worked in public schools to support students with autism. Her commitment to quality care extended to clinical settings and in-home services, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with schools, families, students, clients, and other service providers. Her experiences enriched her understanding of the unique and nuanced needs of individuals and families affected by autism.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, Tiffany returned to her hometown of Lake Charles. She brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her practice and is unwavering in her dedication to creating meaningful connections, helping clients find joy, and prioritizing individualized, evidence-based care.
